Flight One: $5pp
Proprietor's Red Reserve - A blend of our estate-grown Corot Noir & Leon Millot grapes. This full-bodied red will be the perfect pairing for steaks and other hearty dishes.
Papa's Red A blend resulting in a sun-dried raisin bouquet with a lingering Chianti-like finish. Primarily the Baco Noir grapes.
Leon Millot A one-word description by our Winemaker, "Delicious". Fully compliments all meats and pastas. Dry with a smooth finish.
Chambourcin Vibrant in color, soft mouth feel and an impressive fruit expression.
Baco Noir 100% Baco Noir grape with hints of blackberry and a soft mouth feel. It's a great wine for aging.
Warren Hills Red Rich Burgundy color with earthy aromas that open to vivid fruit flavors. Made primarily from the Foch grapes.
Nipote Red A light, dry red with a fruity finish. Named after our grandchildren.
Poppa Joe Made with estate-grown Frontenac grapes. It's rich in body and fortified with brandy.

Proprietor's White Reserve A blend of our estate-grown La Crescent and Seyval Blanc grapes. This aromatic wine opens with tropical fruit and floral aromas.
Seyval Blanc A well-balanced dry white wine with a lingering hint of tangy fruit on the back of your tongue. An excellent compliment to grilled pork chops.
Cayuga Fresh, lively and dances on your tongue. Pairs well with BBQ foods, sharp cheeses and hot peppers.
Merrill Blush A semi-dry blend of hybrid & Native American grapes creating it's blush color. An All occasion wine.
Warren Hills White A light bodied wine with elegant flavors, a silky texture and subtle aromas. Made with a variety of white grapes.
Beaver Creek Red Foxy with a candy-like flavor. Made from the Native American, Concord grapes.
Holiday Seasoned Spicy & sweet with hints of cinnamon, cloves & nutmeg.
